Complaints

As a Primary Care Network, we are not only accountable within the NHS - but also to patients. We wish to actively communicate and work with all partners to achieve our goals. If any concerns arise, we would like to hear about them - so please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Our member practices each have their own complaints systems. Information can be found by contacting them directly. So we can recognise good work, we also encourage patients to comment on their positive experiences.
